- For all persons over 14 years we charge a local tax of 2.50 € per person and day.
- Arrival: The apartment is available from 3 pm.
- Departure: We kindly ask you to check out by 9.30 am.
- Pets are allowed for a fee (only apartment Nenthe).
- Payment: You can pay by bank transfer, cash or Kredit card
- Apartment reservations are only binding when a written confirmation has been received from both parties and a deposit has been transferred.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms in our house.
- For our house guests we offer a reduced price for all equestrian activities.
- Please use slippers in the apartments, all floors are made of natural wood.

Notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005).
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- A free of charge cancellation is possible up to 60 days before the arranged arrival date.
- In case of cancellation from the 59th day up to 30 days before the arranged arrival date we charge a cancellation fee of 40 % of the arranged apartment price.
- In case of cancellation from the 29th day up to the 20th day before the arranged arrival date we charge a 60 % cancellation fee of the arranged apartment price.
- In case of cancellation up to 20 days before the arranged arrival date, in case of non-arrival, or delayed arrival or advanced departure we charge 100% of the arranged apartment price. Cancellations are accepted with reciprocal confirmation.

Please let us know at least 3 days before your arrival if we can prepare a Kistl for you. Do you have allergies? Thank you for letting us know!
Gourmet Kistl: Eggs from our chickens, raw milk , fresh bread from the village bakery – speck from farm production, jam, juices (depending on the season), yoghurt, cream cheese (depending on the season). Butter, muesli and other delicious cheese and sausage products from the region. The price is 30 euros/day for 2 people.
Small Kistl: Croissant, bread , jam, raw milk, butter and juices (depending on the season) The price for 2 people is 20 euros/day.
Bread service: We bring you fresh bread directly from our village bakery to your apartment door.
